Dallas, TX An industrial product manufacturer in the Dallas area is looking for driven, talented people to join their team.

As A Member of This Team:

Top of Form Enforce policies and procedures according to corporate handbook. Lead the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods, such as inspectors, machine setters, and fabricators. Coordinate work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet production goals as determined by the supervisor. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions. Observe work and monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure that operators conform to production or processing standards. Conduct employee training in equipment operations or work and safety procedures. Interpret specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers. Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs. Set up and adjust machines and equipment.

You Will Need :

Must have two years or more experience Press Brake machines: Amada, Cincinnati, Trumpf. Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in set up, operating, or tending machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal or plastic materials. Must have experience with leading or supervising a team. Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of product conversion, effective oral and written communication skills. Why Apply?
