Shift:

Monday-Friday 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (Second Shift) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced press brake operator to join our second-shift manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication, be safety-focused, and able to read blueprints and measure accurately. Responsibilities Operate press brake equipment for metal forming operations Cut sheet metal to specified square and custom sizes Perform punching, notching, and deburring operations Operate drill press and related shop equipment Measure parts accurately using tape measures, calipers, and thickness gauges Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Handle materials safely using a forklift (certification preferred) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all safety and quality procedures Required Skills & Qualifications Experience operating press brake equipment Strong knowledge of sheet metal cutting and forming Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of material types and thickness gauges Proficient with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, gauges) Familiar with punching, notching, deburring, and drilling processes Safety-conscious with forklift experience Reliable attendance and ability to work second shift Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification Previous manufacturing or metal fabrication experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) 401(k) with company match Life Insurance, AD&D, and Long‑Term Disability Paid Time Off Annual Bonus Program Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and sit; communicate in person and by phone Frequent bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a non‑temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment Ability to wear required PPE such as eye protection and protective clothing Winholt Equipment Corp is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
