Job Description
Press Brake Operator - 1st or 2nd Shift Earn up to $30.00 per hour, based on experience. 2nd Shift employees receive an additional 2nd Shift Premium. We operate in a clean, modern, state-of-the-art facility producing components for U.S. military vehicles , supporting the American warfighter. We're growing and looking for a motivated Press Brake Operator to join our fabrication team. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 2nd Shift Premium 1st and 2nd Shift opportunities available Stable, year-round employment Clean, modern manufacturing facility Opportunities for advancement Overtime available 401(k) with Company Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Paid Time Off What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints Set up, adjust, and operate a Bystronic CNC press brake Load and unload materials and finished parts Move materials throughout the fabrication department Perform die and tooling changes as needed Deburr finished parts Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment and document inspection results Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For Press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred Ability to read blueprints Experience with die/tool changes is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent attendance and reliability We are willing to train motivated, dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to learn. Schedule Full-time 1st or 2nd Shift Available 8-hour shifts Overtime available Pay Up to $30.00 per hour, based on experience. 2nd Shift employees receive an additional 2nd Shift Premium.
