Our culture is rooted in safety, teamwork, and pride in producing exceptional work. Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and detail-driven Press Brake Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will set up and operate press brake equipment to form metal components with accuracy and consistency. What You'll Do Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to specification Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders Select tooling, program back gauges, and determine bend sequences Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy Perform routine machine care and report maintenance needs Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area What You Bring Experience operating press brake equipment in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials as required High school diploma or GED (technical training a plus) Preferred Qualifications CNC press brake experience Familiarity with aluminum, steel, and other metals Knowledge of metal fabrication safety standards Why Join Us?
