As part of our dedication to maintaining the highest standards, we are seeking a talented and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team at Triple R Industries. You will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal into various shapes as specified by engineering drawings. Your precision and attention to detail will be critical in producing high quality products according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders to determine bending specifications. Set up and adjust press brake machines, including selecting appropriate tooling and programming. Safely load and position metal parts into the press brake, ensuring proper alignment. Operate the press brake to bend and form metal to precise angles and dimensions. Monitor machine operations to ensure product quality and make adjustments as needed. Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Good attendance is expected as the team concept relies on it. Team oriented a must
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience as a Press Brake Operator in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints. Strong mathematical and measurement skills using angle / radius. Experience making angles and radius using a protractor and angle finder a plus Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy metal parts. Safety conscious attitude and adherence to all safety protocols.
