Machine Operation:

Set up, adjust, and run cannelure and rolling machines per production schedules.

Tooling Changes:

Select, install, and align correct dies, rollers, and tooling configurations.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts for correct groove depth, width, and alignment using micrometers and calipers.

Maintenance & Safety:

Perform routine cleaning, clear minor jams, and maintain a safe workspace.

Experience:

1+ year working in a manufacturing or machine-operating environment.

Technical Skills:

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work orders.

Physical Demands:

Capacity to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
