Bandsaw Operator
Location:
Jonesboro, AR
Pay Rate:
$18.00 per hour
Second Shift:
4 PM - 1:30 AM | Monday - Friday | Saturday OT as Needed

Bandsaw Operator Requirements:
At least 1 year of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safe machine operation, PPE, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Ability to lift 50-75 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
Preferred:
Forklift certification or experience and a background in metal fabrication, steel processing, or industrial manufacturing.
Bandsaw Operator Job Duties:
Set up, operate, and maintain industrial band saw machines to cut materials to precise specifications.
Read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure accurate cuts and quality standards.
Measure, mark, inspect, and verify finished materials for accuracy and compliance.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including blade changes, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting daily production and quality goals.
