High School Diploma or Equivalent One year experience Previous experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments. Leadership and communication skills to guide and support team members. Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer data entry. Knowledge of process standards and safety regulations. Employer performs a criminal background screen and 10 panel drug tests. Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision tubing, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Lead to join their team. As a Production Lead, you will be an integral part of the Production Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully within the organization.

2nd Shift (Monday-Friday 3:00PM-11:00PM until finish)
Description:
Instruct and direct machine operators to troubleshoot, set-up, and resolve equipment and tooling issues. Perform basic machine maintenance operations and ensure proper calibration. Input and analyze production and packing data using computer systems to maintain workflow and report performance. Oversee material movement, monitor machine adjustments, and approve first-piece inspections. Coordinate with other shifts to ensure continuous production flow and meet scheduled shipment dates.
