Production Manager

Overview ASAP Prints is looking for an experienced Digital Production Manager to oversee daily production operations at our Winter Haven facility. This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for keeping jobs moving through digital print production, finishing, bindery, and related departments while maintaining quality, efficiency, and deadlines. The right candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable leading a fast-paced production team. This role requires someone who can manage schedules, solve problems quickly, improve workflows, and help ensure every job is completed accurately and on time. Duties Lead and coordinate daily digital print production operations to meet production schedules and customer deadlines Oversee scheduling of production runs and ensure proper use of staff, equipment, materials, and supplies Manage workflow through digital printing, bindery, finishing, and related production areas Review job tickets and confirm work is produced to customer specifications Monitor quality, color, paper, finishing, throughput, rework, downtime, and overall efficiency Work with customer service, estimating, prepress, and management to resolve production issues quickly Implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality Manage inventory levels for paper, toner, supplies, and other production materials to prevent delays Train, coach, and support production staff while holding the team accountable for quality and deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and efficient production environment Communicate delays, equipment issues, quality concerns, or staffing needs promptly Experience Proven experience in digital printing, commercial print production, or manufacturing management Strong understanding of print production workflow, quality control, and scheduling Experience with digital presses, Fiery, bindery, finishing, wide-format, mailing, or related equipment is preferred Ability to manage multiple jobs, priorities, and deadlines at the same time Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and develop a production team Ability to analyze workflow issues and implement practical solutions Familiarity with production management software, print MIS systems, or ERP systems is a plus Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments Must be dependable, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to be hands-on when needed Schedule Full-time position Monday through Friday Additional hours may be required depending on production workload Compensation Pay based on experience Benefits Competitive pay Opportunity to grow with an established printing company Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment About ASAP Prints ASAP Prints is a commercial printing company located in Winter Haven, Florida. $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
