Job Duties:

Assist with machine setups, changeovers, and production preparation Operate lathes, mills, Haas equipment, and other production machinery Manufacture custom industrial components according to specifications Perform cutting, drilling, trimming, punching, stamping, and shaping operations Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using precision measuring tools Complete production and quality documentation accurately Load and unload materials and move products throughout the facility Perform routine equipment cleaning, lubrication, and minor maintenance Maintain organized work areas and support inventory activities Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Responsibilities:

1-2 years of manufacturing, machine operation, or machining experience preferred Experience assisting with machine setups and production changeovers preferred Ability to read blueprints, routers, and work instructions Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to lift 30-50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive movements Ability to work safely while following OSHA, LOTO, and PPE requirements Why This Role?
