Job Description

Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Finishing Operator to join their team. As a Finishing Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
5:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Read instruction paperwork such as process sheets and spec sheets to ensure proper setup and materials Operate all machines in the department efficiently and safely Fill out paperwork accurately, record information and counts, and perform hand assembly operations Check products for quality and proper packing, and pull samples as required Assist in training new employees and follow all safety and plant rules What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent skills and abilities demonstrated through experience Basic math skills and ability to read and understand process directions Ability to read a tape measure and operate machinery to meet production rates Sufficient strength to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds Use of hand trucks to move materials safely and efficiently What's in it for me?
