Job Description

Complexus Medical, manufacturer of complex orthopedic instruments is seeking a passivation/electropolish operator to perform finishing operations of metallic parts.
Duties include:
Passivate and electropolish stainless steel parts in bulk processing line. Set up electropolish equipment to treat surfaces. Measure and maintain bath concentrations and record data. Conduct prescribed test on chemical processing solutions and document. Inspect work to ensure quality on finish. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
