2nd shift Production

Machine Operator- Set up, run and monitor production machinery to create products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Reliable and able to work with attention to detail with a willingness to learn and improve along with being a team player.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:

set up, operate and troubleshooting production machinery to ensure optimal efficiency and speed

Quality Control:

inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications

Material Handling:

load, unload and feed raw materials into machinery

Maintenance:

perform routine cleaning and maintenance checks on equipment

Documentation:

record production data, daily equipment check sheets and hourly production time logs accurately

Safety Adherence:

follow all safety protocols (PPE), OSHA regulations and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment Required Skills and Qualifications Ability to understand and operate various types of mechanical equipment

Physical Stamina:

ability to stand for long periods (8-12 hour shifts) and lift up to 50 lbs.

Technical Skills:

ability to read and interpret written instructions and basic computer skills

Mathematics:

basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for measurements and calculations

Communication:
