This role involves running commericial embroidery machines, prepping graments, and ensuring top-quality finished products. Duties Operate multi-head embroidery machines Hoop garments and prepare items for embroidery Load designs and monitor machine performance Inspect finished garments for defects, ensuring seams are secure and finished products meet quality expectations Maintain a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and efficiency in the manufacturing process Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve any production challenges promptly Document production data accurately, including quantities produced and machine usage logs Requirements Proven experience in garment construction and sewing machine operation within a manufacturing or warehouse environment Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with warehouse processes, inventory management, or related logistics experience is a plus Dependable & punctual Good physical stamina; ability to stand for extended periods and handle fabric materials comfortably Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new techniques and improving productivity
