2nd Shift, 1:30pm-10:00pm,
Monday-Friday Training Schedule:
1st Shift, 5:30am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday, for 4-6 weeks

We are currently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Finishing Operator for a reputable manufacturing partner. Job Summary As a Finishing Operator, you will set up and operate various machines or hand tools to perform high-production finishing operations, including grinding, cutting, dressing, speed testing, and small sandblasting for abrasive and ceramic products. You'll work with manufactured products from initial shaping to final finishing.
What You'll Do:
Select and set up machine tooling per work orders. Operate and adjust a variety of production equipment using hand or power tools. Initiate production runs using finishing equipment such as sandblasters, speed testers, and balancers. Monitor machine operations, detecting and resolving issues to ensure product quality. Trim, deburr, scrape, or shape parts with hand tools as needed. Load/unload materials manually or with hoists into machinery. Keep accurate records of production data using forms and computers. Collaborate with supervisors and Finishing Operator II for quality checks and job specifications.
What You'll Need:
Experience with manufacturing equipment and hand/power tools. Ability to follow work orders, instructions, and operational procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
