The Opportunity We are seeking a reliable Envelope Die Cutter to operate multiple finishing and press machines—including Eyelet, Hot Stamp, Snap machines, 1250 presses, and A.B. Dick presses—while performing routine quality checks and basic maintenance. This role supports efficient production flow, ensures product quality, and helps maintain proper stock levels within the finishing department. Key Responsibilities Operate finishing and press equipment including Eyelet, Hot Stamp, Snap machines, 1250 presses, and A.B. Dick presses. Manage dies, including monitoring for dullness and reporting issues. Perform periodic quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Complete daily machine maintenance and cleaning. Make press adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency. Assist in controlling on‑floor stock quantities. Order stock and materials as needed. Flag product in appropriate quantities for downstream processes. Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned to support production operations. What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or GED required. 3-6 months of related manufacturing or press experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to meet or pass a mechanical assessment. Ability to pass color vision and color‑hue tests. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
