Job Description
The CNC Thread Grinder is responsible for setting up and operating CNC thread grinding machines to produce precision components that meet strict quality and tolerance requirements. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high production and quality standards. Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts to specified tolerances and finish. Interpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders. Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment and securement. Monitor machine operations, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality and consistency. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Measure and inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges). Record production data and maintain accurate logs of work performed. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with supervisors and quality control personnel to resolve production issues.
