Job Description
Working with Christian publishers, Bethany Press provides solutions for book production, printing, binding, and warehousing. We produce millions of life-changing books, and we are looking for self-managed, self-motivated creators who want to be a part of this accelerating business.
Ability to stand for entire production shift plus crouch, crawl, pull, reach & endure repetitive motionsCommunicate with excellence in English; both written & spokenBe self-managed, requiring little or no supervision to do the daily activities of their job and disciplined in the performance of their duties, in communication and in attitude.

Wed/Thurs/FridayPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Binder team to operate at maximized production quality and efficiency, as Binder Operator, Cutter Operator & Collator OperatorAssume and monitor excellent product qualityOperate equipment at the maximum potential efficiencyMinimize waste, spoilage, and inefficiencies to maximize the highest profitable returnCommunicate with excellence to employees, management, and other departments on matters that could impact quality, cost, safety, or employee moraleEnsure commitments to customers are metExhibit flexibility in multiple projects and changing prioritiesPerform assigned preventative maintenance of equipmentInspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot working parts, recognizing potential replacement and repair needs, and communicate to Binder SupervisorEnsure a clean, healthy, and safe environmentIN THIS POSITION YOU WILL
