We are looking for a versatile professional with a strong mechanical background to operate various bindery machinery.

Bindery Equipment Operator:

Operate cutters, folders, stitchers, and binders Set up machines and troubleshoot production issues Monitor runs for quality and client specifications Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs Coordinate with the team to ensure efficient workflows Train new staff on equipment and safety protocols Communicate job progress and process improvements Requirements of the

Bindery Equipment Operator:

1-2 years of experience in bindery or print production Proficiency with multiple types of bindery machinery Strong mechanical skills and troubleshooting ability Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs. Comfortable standing for long periods Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Flexibility for overtime during peak periods
