  • 1st2nd Shift Harvey Vogel Manufacturing is seeking experienced Turret Setup/Operators to join our growing team.
If you have experience setting up and operating turret punch equipment, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality parts, we would like to speak with you. As a Turret Setup/Operator, you will be responsible for setting up tooling, operating equipment, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring parts meet quality specifications while maintaining a safe work environment. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC turret punch presses. Install, adjust, and maintain tooling as required. Read blueprints, work instructions, and production orders. Perform first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring equipment. Make machine adjustments to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. Identify and resolve tooling, material, and machine issues. Safely move materials and finished parts throughout the production process. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements. Qualifications Previous turret punch setup and operating experience preferred. Experience with Amada, Trumpf, or similar turret equipment is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings. Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
