Job Description
Overview Join us in a fast-paced printing facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, featuring industry-leading technology and advanced production equipment. You'll work alongside a skilled and supportive team, contribute to high-quality production with minimal supervision, and play a key role in delivering exceptional products to our customers. The primary responsibility of this position is to efficiently operate and maintain printing presses while ensuring high-quality output and strict adherence to customer specifications. Responsibilities Load materials, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment. Set up and operate printing presses for the production of labels and other printed materials. Mix inks according to specified formulas, ensuring accurate color matching and consistency. Troubleshoot and address equipment malfunctions or mechanical issues. Perform quality control inspections, including color registration, print clarity, and overall print quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization of ink mixing and storage areas. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience operating printing presses. Strong technical knowledge of printing equipment and processes. Understanding of printing materials, inks, and substrates. Familiarity with color management principles and ink mixing. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Work Schedule Day Shift Flexibility to work other shifts as needed is considered an asset. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience . Overtime opportunities may be available in accordance with company policy and applicable labor laws. Inline Press Operator experience:
2 years required. This position is performed on-site at our Charlotte, NC facility.Job Type:
