  • Set up, calibrate, and operate manual and continuous-feed stamping presses
  • Inspect parts for quality
  • Maintain documentation
  • Label and box finished parts
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance on press equipment
  • Assist with secondary operations when needed
  • Work as part of a team to meet goals
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
  • Experience operating stamping presses (manual and automated)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
  • Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, small-business setting
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
