We are seeking a printing press operator with bindery knowledge for general offset printing. If you have experience in a small print shop, we want to talk to you! Familiarity with some of following equipment a plus- Offset printing presses (Ryobi, Ab Dick, Halm Jet) Responsibilities Operate and maintain Ryobi printing presses Set up and run print jobs according to specifications Monitor color consistency and print quality Troubleshoot minor press issues Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on equipment Assist in bindery operations including cutting, folding, stitching, and finishing Any other tasks assigned Follow production schedules and deadlines Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications Prior experience operating Ryobi presses preferred Bindery and finishing experience a plus Strong mechanical aptitude Attention to detail and quality control Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and positive attitude Ability to lift 50lbs and stand for long periods Salary based on experience.
