About the Role As a Precision Die Cutting Specialist, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing workflow by managing high-speed converting equipment to deliver superior product quality. You will leverage your technical expertise in machine operation and setup to ensure our production runs meet exact specifications and efficiency targets. Responsibilities Execute precise machine setups and operate industrial die cutting equipment to achieve high-volume production goals. Continuously monitor equipment performance, making real-time adjustments to maximize output and minimize material waste. Perform proactive equipment maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to ensure maximum machine uptime. Analyze complex job specifications and technical blueprints to guarantee product accuracy and consistency. Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization, ensuring all operational protocols are strictly followed. Maintain accurate production logs and communicate workflow status to leadership to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience operating industrial die cutting machinery, specifically Bobst or similar converting platforms. Strong mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Proficiency in interpreting technical documentation, blueprints, and production orders. Solid understanding of packaging industry standards and quality control requirements. Preferred Skills Formal technical training in printing, converting, or manufacturing processes. Experience with complex machine setups for diverse production runs. Strong collaborative skills with a focus on team-based problem solving.
