In this role, you will set up, operate, and maintain folder gluers from Bobst, Moll, and Peroni to produce high-quality folded and glued paperboard cartons. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with folder gluer equipment, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Set up, adjust, and operate the folder gluer machines according to job specifications and production schedules Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and die layouts to ensure correct machine settings Load stock/blanks and monitor glue application, folding, and box formation throughout the run Perform quality checks on finished product (glue placement, squareness, dimensions) and adjust machine as needed Troubleshoot mechanical, feed, and glue-related issues during production runs Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs on equipment Track production counts, waste, and downtime; complete required production paperwork Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards Collaborate with team members, quality control, and supervisors to meet production goals Assist with die changes, changeovers, and machine calibration between jobs Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience operating a folder gluer (or similar corrugated/packaging equipment) preferred Ability to read work orders, gauges, and basic blueprints/specs Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices a plus What We Offer Salary commiserate with experience and market Quarterly bonuses based on performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for training and advancement
