Bilingual Binder Operator / Trainee Full-Time | $17.00/hr+ (DOE) Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Weekly Pay | Temp-to-Hire Our client is hiring Binder Operators and Binder Operator Trainees to join a growing book manufacturing team. Whether you're looking to learn a new trade or already have experience, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Set up and operate book binding equipment Inspect finished books for quality Make minor machine adjustments Perform basic machine maintenance Meet daily production goals safely Qualifications Entry-level trainees welcome OR 1+ year of Binder Operator experience Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
