We pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and friendly customer service. We are looking for a reliable and detail oriented Machine Operator. The ideal candidate enjoys hands on work, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a small team environment. Responsibilities Operate HappyJapan embroidery machine Hoop garments properly to ensure correct logo placement Monitor machine performance, making adjustments as needed Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols Document production details, including run counts and any machine maintenance Qualifications Familiarity with embroidery machines and software. Ability to spot errors and ensure precise stitching. Capable of troubleshooting machine issues and making necessary adjustments. Understanding of design principles to assist in the creation of appealing patterns.
