ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate bolt forging machine and press machine Inspect products to ensure quality by using precision measuring instruments, gages, and visual inspection. Process materials on production equipment Report daily production totals Detect and report defective materials Check parts in process as directed by work instructions Fill out part identification tags Move parts using pallet jacks, hoists, or forklifts Maintain cleanliness of the work area Identify and document downtime Identify and document scrap Assist other operators as needed during change overs
QUALIFICATIONS
Operate bolt forging machine and press machine To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to read and understand technical instructions Good eye hand coordination Basic math skills Experience with handheld measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Ability to be trained to set up coils and set dies Positive attitude/team player Must have experience in die changeover and set up of stamping presses. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
Minimum one-year related experience and /or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience. High school diploma or GED required.

 7AM-5PM, Monday-Friday
Hourly Pay:
$18.00
