We are looking for a motivated Finishing Technician to join our Finishing Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and has a keen eye for detail. Experience with powder coating and/or screen printing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. What You'll Do Prepare parts for finishing by cleaning, masking, and staging materials. Apply powder coating to metal components while maintaining high quality standards. Set up and operate screen printing equipment to apply graphics, labels, and markings. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality requirements. Package and handle finished products carefully to prevent damage. Maintain finishing equipment and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Work closely with production and quality teams to meet customer deadlines. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Must be a U.S. Citizen; No dual citizenship allowed. Previous powder coating, painting, screen printing, or manufacturing experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to read work instructions, blue prints and follow specifications. Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player. Willingness to learn new skills and cross-train within the department.
