High school diploma or GED required 5+ years of CNC setup operator experience Strong knowledge of machining techniques and shop math Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process sheets Experience with precision measuring instruments Strong problem-solving and communication skills Frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 20 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) Exposure to manufacturing conditions including noise, dust, and heat within OSHA limits Repetitive movement, bending, reaching, and machine operation Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications Select tooling, fixtures, and calculate feeds, speeds, and offsets Perform first-piece inspections using precision measuring tools Load programs, find zero, and edit or write G-code as needed Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineers and production teams Maintain quality standards, production output, and accurate counts Identify and implement process improvements Follow all safety procedures and shop standards Why This Opportunity?
