Key Responsibilities:

I can list a bunch of bullet points (setting up equipment, quality control, printing, finishing...), but it really comes down to your approach to your work. We're looking for someone who can bring solutions not problems. If you can problem solve, communicate with others and keep things clean, you're a great fit. Problem-Solving (This is important): Address and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during the print process. Use your learned skills to find effective solutions quickly.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members to coordinate efforts and ensure that timelines are met. Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors to maintain workflow efficiency.

Cleaning:

Keeping production area clean & in good condition.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in a print shop or related field, with a solid understanding of print and finishing processes. Technical proficiency with machinery and equipment used in printing. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn from mistakes. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to stand for extended periods and physically manage the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Effective communication skills, capable of working as part of a team and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers.
