• 20/hour (based on experience) Try-Before-Hire About the Role We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work and want to grow their careers in the printing and packaging industry.

As a Rewind Operator, you'll be part of the finishing team responsible for inspecting and preparing high-quality labels for final delivery. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail and consistency are key. Training Requirement Initial training will take place on 1st shift (6:00 AM

• 2:00 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift.

Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain rewind/finishing equipment Inspect finished labels for defects and ensure quality standards are met Follow finishing specifications and production priorities Complete required documentation accurately Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment Identify opportunities for process improvements and support Lean initiatives What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and ability to read a ruler Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Good communication and teamwork skills Strong work ethic and reliability Education & Requirements

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

Preferred:
