Job Description

Screen Printing Press Operator TC's home office and production facility in Siloam Springs is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our production team as a Screen Printing Press Operator. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. This is a hands-on production position operating commercial automatic screen printing presses to produce custom apparel for schools, businesses, athletic teams, retail brands, and organizations throughout the country. We're looking for someone who takes pride in producing excellent work, enjoys staying busy, and wants to become a long-term part of our production team.
Position Responsibilities:
Screen Printing Production Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses Produce high-quality printed apparel while maintaining production standards Monitor print quality throughout production runs Make press adjustments as needed to maintain consistency Follow production schedules and meet daily production goals Work closely with the Screen Production Manager to keep jobs moving efficiently Quality & Equipment Inspect printed garments for quality and accuracy Maintain clean work areas and organized production spaces Help care for and maintain screen printing equipment Identify potential production issues before they become larger problems Take pride in producing work that represents TC well Team Collaboration Work closely with other press operators and production staff Communicate production issues quickly and professionally Assist with production setup, teardown, and other workflows as needed Support other production departments during slower periods when appropriate What Makes Someone Successful in This Role The people who thrive most in this position tend to: Enjoy working with their hands and on their feet all day Take pride in producing excellent work Stay focused and productive throughout the day Notice small quality issues others might overlook Work with urgency without sacrificing accuracy Enjoy working as part of a team Want to master a skilled trade over time This position is not a good fit for someone looking for a temporary job while pursuing another career or someone who prefers sitting at a desk throughout the day. Qualifications Strong attention to detail Dependable attendance and reliability Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for extended periods Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to lift and move boxes and equipment 40lbs+ Previous screen printing experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and desire to build a long-term career in production.
