In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-quality Indigo digital printing presses, ensuring precise color management, and delivering exceptional print products. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless production of print materials, from initial setup through final quality checks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology in a fast-paced manufacturing environment dedicated to excellence and innovation. Duties Set up and operate Indigo digital printing presses, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Manage color calibration and color matching processes using advanced color management techniques. Prepare digital files by performing prepress tasks such as layout design, typography adjustments, and file formatting using Adobe Creative Suite. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on industrial equipment, including flexo presses and CNC machinery, to minimize downtime. Oversee paper cutting, binding, and finishing processes to produce polished print products aligned with client specifications. Perform quality control inspections throughout the production cycle, checking for color accuracy, print clarity, and overall consistency. Adjust press settings and machinery parameters for different print jobs, ensuring precise registration and high-quality output. Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to optimize print layouts for advertising materials and other marketing collateral. Skills Strong proficiency in screen printing techniques and flexo press operation. Expertise in color management systems and digital file preparation for high-quality printing. Solid understanding of graphic design principles, layout design, typography, and print advertising standards. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for file editing and prepress tasks. Experience with cutting tools, paper binding equipment, CNC machines, and machining processes. Knowledge of industrial equipment adjustment, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures. Ability to operate forklifts safely within a manufacturing setting. Exceptional attention to detail for quality control inspections across multiple production stages. Technical proficiency in managing print production workflows from prepress to finishing.
