About the Role We're looking for a skilled Screen Printing Machine Operator with hands‑on experience running M&R or Challenger automatic screen‑printing equipment. You'll be responsible for producing high‑quality, multi‑color prints on garments in a fast‑paced production environment. Responsibilities Operate automatic or manual screen‑printing machines Set up jobs by mounting screens in the correct sequence Load ink or printing paste into screens or feed pans Adjust machine settings (speed, squeegee pressure, swing) based on fabric and design Start and monitor machines and conveyor systems Inspect garments for print quality and color registration Make screen adjustments to ensure accurate alignment Clean screens and remove debris to maintain consistent ink flow Patch or tape screens if leaks or imperfections occur Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent Experience Minimum 3 years operating screen‑printing machines

Required:

Experience with M&R or Challenger automatic screen‑printing equipment Strong understanding of multi‑color registration and production workflow Skills Ability to read and follow instructions in English Strong communication and teamwork skills Problem‑solving ability and attention to detail Physical Requirements Ability to work in a non‑climate‑controlled environment Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs Good close‑range vision for detailed work Frequent hand, wrist, and finger movement Occasional bending and stooping to move boxes or finished products

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
