We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality pressure-sensitive labels serving customers across a variety of industries. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Press Operator to join our production team. If you are passionate about print quality, enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing exceptional products, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain digital printing equipment.
- Produce labels according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor print quality, color consistency, and registration throughout production runs.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on digital press equipment.
- Verify job tickets, artwork, and materials before production.
- Maintain accurate production records and inventory usage.
- Collaborate with prepress, finishing, and quality teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating digital printing presses preferred.
- Experience with label printing equipment is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of color management, print quality standards, and press troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications and production documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
