Job Description

Manpower in partnership with Ball Corporation has a machine operation position in the Graphics area with the Printing Department in Westminster, CO.
Hours:
5 am
  • 5 pm
Schedule:
2
  • 2•3 (2 week rotation) and then repeats Week 1•Mon / Tues / Friday / Saturday / Sunday Week 2•Wednesday /
Thursday Pay:
$20/hour ($30/hour for Overtime)
Position Overview:
The Graphics Services
  • Printing Department is a high-volume, fast-paced department.
Your Key Areas of Responsibilities Include:
Work with Pre-press, client services and plants to ensure quality throughout. Working with the print machines for graphics Produce printing plates/blankets for product labels according to files and computer order documents and packing list. Cleaning up ink and helping dumping waste regualarly throughout shift Very hands on and lifting positon Cleaning of ink and running additional labels Very fast paced and continually on feet and moving Learn and utilize graphics management computer system. Maintain safe practices regarding plate packaging/shipping.
PREVIOUS MACHINE OPERATION EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
Perform troubleshooting on equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
Experience and Skills & Competencies:
Team player: demonstrated ability to effectively create and maintain a positive teamwork environment. Proficiency with common computer software (such as
Microsoft Office Suite:
Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience that required meticulous attention to detail and the ability to match graphics (colors, alignment, etc.) Excellent work prioritization skills; demonstrated ability to meet schedules and adapt quickly as work priorities change. Experience in a production /manufacturing environment. Mechanical skills/aptitude.
