Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a part time skilled Manual Screen Printer to join our team. Could lead to a full time position. This role involves preparing and executing high-quality screen printing projects, ensuring precise application of designs onto various substrates. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and experience with print production processes. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Set up and operate manual screen printing equipment to produce custom designs on apparel, promotional items, or other materials. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates according to project specifications. Ensure color accuracy and consistency across multiple prints by managing ink mixing and registration. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the printing area to uphold safety standards and efficiency. Inspect finished products for quality control, making adjustments as necessary to meet design standards. Qualifications Proven experience with manual screen printing techniques and equipment operation. Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus but not necessary.
