The right candidate must be able to independently run production, prepare projects in RasterLink, maintain the machines, recognize printing problems, and troubleshoot issues without constant supervision. flatbed printers Prepare, arrange, and run production projects through RasterLink Set up files, layers, print conditions, positioning, and print order Work with color, white ink, primer, and clear/varnish layers Load materials and correctly position products and production jigs Perform nozzle checks and verify print quality before production Identify and troubleshoot printing, alignment, ink, nozzle, color, and machine-related problems Make adjustments when projects are printing incorrectly Complete daily, weekly, and monthly printer cleaning and maintenance procedures Clean print heads, wipers, caps, filters, tables, sensors, and other required machine components Monitor ink levels and report maintenance or supply needs before they become urgent Maintain accurate and consistent production quality Follow production schedules and complete orders accurately and on time Keep the printer production area clean and organized Required Experience Experience in printing industry Ability to independently prepare and run print projects Ability to troubleshoot printer and print-quality problems Knowledge of proper daily, weekly, and monthly Mimaki maintenance procedures Experience working with white ink, primer, and clear/varnish printing Ability to recognize nozzle, alignment, curing, color, and adhesion problems At least two years of professional UV printing experience preferred What We Need We need someone who already understands UV printing and can take responsibility for the machines. You must be comfortable making technical decisions, diagnosing problems, and keeping production moving without waiting for step-by-step instructions. Reliability, attention to detail, and consistent print quality are essential.
