Full Job Description Overview :
The Flexographic Press Operator operates a flexographic printing press to produce high-quality labels that meet the production schedule and customer requirements.
Experience Requirements:
At least 1+ year of Flexographic Printing experience.
Shift Available :
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30am-5:00pm.
Training Shift:
TBD.
Pay :
Up to $25.00/hour based on experience.

Medical Dental Vision Short-Term & Long Term Disability Life Insurance Holiday Paid Time Off Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match What you'll do: Run 4 to 10 color jobs including process and spot color printing. Produce labels that match customer signed proofs and color standards. Follow established quality management system procedures. Communicate job-specific information or changes to the supervisor in a timely manner to minimize production downtime. Complete quality documents to ensure adherence to procedures. Inspect and clean press parts regularly and report a need for repairs/maintenance. Adhere to all established safety practices. Maintain a clean work area. Other duties as assigned.
Desired Traits/Requirements:
Detailed-Oriented and capable of following standard work instructions. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Ability to communicate and work with co-workers effectively.
Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms. The employee frequently uses hands and fingers to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is required to walk, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds regularly, with or without assistance. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus to inspect materials and products. The employee must be able to safely work in a fast-paced production and warehouse environment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
