Responsibilities Provide expert assistance to customers on printing, copying, and graphic design services, ensuring their vision is realized effectively. Operate a variety of printing equipment including digital printers, large-format printers, and finishing tools to produce high-quality materials. Manage prepress processes such as file preparation, color management, layout design, and typography adjustments to ensure optimal print results. Use industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite to edit images, create layouts, and prepare files for production. Oversee quality control by inspecting finished products for accuracy, color fidelity, and overall presentation before customer pickup or delivery. Maintain inventory of printing supplies and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth daily operations. Collaborate with team members on complex projects involving screen printing, CNC machining, or flexo press techniques when applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design or print production environments with familiarity in Adobe Creative Suite tools. Knowledge of prepress procedures including color management, layout design, and typography fundamentals. Hands-on experience with various printing technologies such as digital printers or large-format printers; experience with screen printing is a plus. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment like CNC machines or flexo presses is advantageous. Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control skills to ensure flawless final products. Pay:
$17.00 - $17.50 per hour
