Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Silk Screen Cylinder Press Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in screen printing - specifically the operation of an Automatic Cylinder Press . This role requires an eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality printed materials. The Silk Screen Printer will be responsible for printing on a variety of substrates, ensuring that all prints meet our quality standards. Duties Operate and maintain screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints. Collaborate with the design team to interpret artwork and prepare screens for printing. Conduct quality checks on printed materials to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications. Assist in the development of new techniques and processes to improve production efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols. Requirements 3-5 years experience running automatic cylinder press is required. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
