Position Summary:
Club Colors is seeking Screen Print Operators to join our fast-paced production team. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality custom apparel by operating commercial screen printing equipment, preparing materials, monitoring production, and ensuring finished products meet our quality standards. No screen printing experience? No problem. We are happy to train motivated individuals who have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. What You'll Do Operating M&R (or similar) automatic screen printing equipment Assisting with screen exposure, ink mixing, reclaim, and washout Prepping and cleaning screens Staging, folding, and packing printed apparel Maintaining a clean, efficient, and safety-conscious workspace Bringing quality control to everything you touch What You Bring Required No previous screen printing experience required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Willingness to learn new equipment and production processes. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to distinguish colors accurately. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Previous screen printing, embroidery, manufacturing, warehouse, textile, or production experience. Experience operating automatic screen printing presses. Familiarity with screen exposure, reclaim, and ink mixing processes. Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills. Understanding of pre-press screen preparation.
