Screen Print Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Print Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and production processes, with a passion for creating high-quality printed materials. As a Print Operator, you will be responsible for managing the printing process from start to finish, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Operate and maintain various printing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and quality output. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and specifications. Monitor print runs for quality control, making adjustments as necessary to meet production standards. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to minimize downtime. Maintain an organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Assist in the development of new printing techniques and processes to enhance productivity. Skills Prepare files for print production, including layout design and color adjustments. Experience with production design and digital design principles. Understanding of color theory and its application in print media. Familiarity with screen printing techniques. Knowledge of layout design principles to create visually appealing printed materials. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
