Job Summary:
Leaders Staffing is seeking an experienced Brake Press Supervisor to lead daily operations for a local manufacturing client. This role is responsible for supervising operators, ensuring production goals are met, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. This is a hands-on leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and schedule brake press operators to meet production demands Set up, program, and troubleshoot CNC brake press operations as needed Ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to specifications Enforce safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work area Train, coach, and evaluate team members Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
Qualifications:
3+ years of brake press experience, including supervisory or lead experience Strong knowledge of CNC brake press setup and operation Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders Proven leadership and communication skills Commitment to safety and continuous improvement

The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications.
