1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM About the Role BESTAFF is hiring a detail-oriented Label Print Operator for a leading 3PL and fulfillment partner in Indianapolis, IN. What You'll Do Process and print labels accurately using Bartender, Zebra, Intermec, and laser printer systems Communicate daily with Account Managers, Production, Shipping, Fulfillment, and Warehouse teams on order planning and issue resolution Process incoming label orders one day in advance following established due date schedules Follow all printing procedures and work instructions with strict attention to detail Evaluate non-conforming materials during and after label printing Maintain accurate records in computer systems and physical filing for easy retrieval Perform minor troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on department printers and equipment Support production goals, monitor quality, and report work status to supervisor Train additional staff on printing processes as needed Keep the department clean, organized, and compliant with safety and environmental policies What You Bring High school diploma required; some college preferred Minimum 2 years of label printing experience Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office; Bartender and barcode system experience a plus Strong data entry skills with a proven track record for accuracy Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and work independently in a high-volume environment Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments Experience with inventory management and electronic data transfer a plus Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand for 7-8 hours, and move freely throughout the facility Why BESTAFF At BESTAFF, we match great people with great opportunities.
