Offset Press Assistant TalentLogistiX Indianapolis, IN Job Details Full-time $20 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Press operation Computer operation Machine setup Machine operation Forklift Manufacturing standard operating procedures Attention to detail Computer skills Full Job Description We are looking for an Offset Press Assistant to support the setup, operation, and maintenance of offset printing presses producing high-quality pharmaceutical literature. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning technical equipment, and working in a regulated, quality-driven environment. You'll work closely with the Offset Press Operator and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Indianapolis, IN 46268 Pay rate: $20.00/hour
Hours:
3rd shift, 6p-6a Rotating schedule works every other weekend - MUST
BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT FOR 1-4 WEEKS.
What You'll Do Assist with press setup, operation, and cleanup Read job tickets to support accurate job setup Load materials and return unused stock properly Inspect, mount, remove, and dispose of printing plates Adjust guides to ensure quality output Keep presses running during operator breaks and lunches Perform wash-ups after completed jobs Operate fork trucks and roll trucks Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Support safety initiatives by keeping a clean, organized work area Follow all OSHA, environmental, and PPE requirements Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For At least 6 months of general work experience Basic math and computer skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety Ability to lift up to 80 lbs Experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment (preferred) Familiarity with pharmaceutical printing, packaging, or cGMP environments (preferred) Apply today to join a stable production environment with a consistent schedule and competitive pay.
