Indianapolis, IN Pay Range:
$19.00 - 21.00/hour USD, depending on experience Job Summary The Large Format Digital Press Operator will operate and maintain large format digital printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. What You'll Do... Operate large format digital printing presses while adhering to production schedules. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance. Review job specifications and make necessary adjustments to color profiles, resolutions, and layouts before printing. Set up and configure machines for different substrates and print jobs. Monitor print quality throughout the printing process and make real-time adjustments as necessary. Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and customer specifications before delivery. Keep accurate records of production runs, material usage, and any issues encountered during the printing process. Other duties as assigned. Requirements What You'll Bring... High school diploma or equivalent . Proven experience as a digital press operator, preferably with large format printers. Strong technical knowledge of digital printing processes and equipment. Familiarity with color management techniques and print quality assurance. Ability to read and interpret print specifications and technical documents. Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality assurance. Ability to operate and troubleshoot complex machinery in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
