Experienced Screener for Screen Print Company

Top pay for experienced Screen Printers Our team is growing and seeing to add a screen printer to join our production team. The Screen Printer is responsible for setup and operation of the Manual or Automatic Screen Printing Press We are looking for an experienced person with at least 2-3 years auto experience, but would be willing to train the right candidate with manual experience. Pay is based on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential duties and responsibilities may include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Load screens onto the printing press according to the print job specifications. Accurately align screens for precise color registration. Verify apparel orders complete workflow procedures. Set up ink supply systems, ensuring proper ink viscosity and temperature control. Configure machine parameters based on substrate type, print design, and desired curing temperature. Reviews final product quality to verify that customer orders are completed to order specifications. Ensures a clean and safe work environment is maintained. Good attitude, proven attendance record and team player required.

Printing Operation:

Monitor the automated printing process, identifying and correcting any print quality issues. Adjust ink flow and pressure as needed to maintain consistent color density. Monitor thermal curing process, adjusting temperatures to optimize ink drying and adhesion. Set up, tear down and run t=shirts and other apparel items on press. Perform quality checks on printed materials throughout the production run.

Maintenance and Cleaning:

Regularly clean and maintain the printing press, including screens, squeegees, and ink supply systems. Perform preventative maintenance checks on the machine to identify potential issues.

Quality Control:

Inspect printed materials for defects such as misregistration, color variations, and inconsistencies. Report any quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
