Strong visual focus to spot minor flaws in color, ink thickness, and placement.

Experience:

Prior background in garment decoration, screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, or general manufacturing.

Communication Skills:

Ability to clearly report defects and collaborate with press operators and production managers.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long shifts and occasionally lift boxes or garment bundles weighing up to 50 lbs.
